Elizabeth Warbasse, MD

Board-Certified Dermatologist

Dr. Elizabeth Warbasse, MD, is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained dermatopathologist. A proud Michigan native, she is thrilled to bring her expertise home.

Dr. Warbasse earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, graduating with High Distinction. She went on to receive her medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, where she was inducted into both the Gold Humanism Honor Society and Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society, graduating with Distinction. She was also honored with the Janet M. Glasgow Memorial Achievement Citation, a national award recognizing women who graduate in the top 10% of their medical school class.

She completed her dermatology residency at the University of South Florida and Moffitt Cancer Center, one of the nation's leading cancer centers, where she served as Academic Chief Resident. She subsequently completed fellowship training in dermatopathology at the same institution — giving her the unique ability to personally review her own patients' skin biopsies with the eye of a specialist.

Dr. Warbasse provides comprehensive, personalized dermatologic care for patients of all ages. Her clinical interests include skin cancer screening and treatment, acne, rosacea, hair and nail concerns, eczema, psoriasis, mole evaluation, and cosmetic dermatology. She is an author of multiple peer-reviewed publications and has presented her research at national conferences.

Above all, Dr. Warbasse believes that great dermatologic care starts with truly listening to her patients. She believes that compassion and mutual respect are the cornerstones of a partnership where patients feel heard, informed, and confident in their care.

Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with family and pets, running, weightlifting, and downhill skiing — making her right at home in Michigan.
